Shipping & Returns
Due to the nature of the ingredients in Spectrum Cosmetics products, all purchases are final. However, if you receive the wrong item, please contact us, and we will send the correct immediately. Once product has been shipped, the purchase cannot be refunded. We will replace any defective product, if it has not been used. Please ensure that you receive a return authorization from Spectrum before sending any item back. We cannot accept returns for reasons related to not liking the scent, texture, appearance of a product, or a product not working as desired (customer results vary). Contact us with questions or issues with your product within 3 days of receiving your product. We will do our best to assist. For hygiene reasons accessories cannot be return unless faulty, and if so please notify us within 3 days of receiving your item and we will do our best to assist. We do not accept returns on sale or promotional items. If you choose to return any products to us without following our returns instructions, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to them in transit and, for this reason, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service.
Processing time is approximately 3-10 business days depending on the size of your order. If you would like to inquire about the status of your order, please do so courteously. Make sure to have your order number available.
Please keep in mind that ALL order placed here are "Made To Order." We do not manufacture ahead of time. Currently the only opinion to shipping methods is priority but this only guarantees that your package will be expedited from the time it leaves our location. It does not expedite our in-house processing time. Our normal shipment processing times vary depending upon the size of the package and what is ordered.
If you need a package to be expedited, please contact our customer service dept either by phone or e-mail prior to placing your order, and we will do our best to get it to you as quickly as possible. This may mean a partial shipment if one or more items is not in stock.
If an order is lost or stolen, please contact us as soon as possible. If we find that the order is lost/stolen we will ship the order once verified by the carrier. It can take 2 to 3 business to prepare the reshipment. Due to the nature of the cosmetics, no refunds will be made, only exchanges. However, we will correct any issue that is cause by our packing/shipping department. We currently perfer to ship Priority USPS. If you choose a slower method shipping but it can be upgraded to Priority for the same cost, we will do so automatically. We do not insure packages but we do track all shipments with a tracking number. If you would like to insure your package, you must do so when you place your order.

RETURNS
Due to the nature of the products we do not accept returns. However, we do accept exchanges withing 3 days of reciept of the products. Please contact us info@sp3ctrum.com as soon as possible, if you are requesting an exchange.
