Here are answers to some of the most frequently asked questions:


I've never tired Spectrum Cosmetics, can I order samples?


Yes, we do allow customers to order samples of our pigments. Pigments come in the same colors as our pressed eye shadows but are easier to package in sample sizes.


The samples can be used 2 - 3 times depending on how it is applied. Our samples are provided to do just that, sample. 


I was interested in Spectrum Cosmetics sponsoring my YouTube Channel, who do I contact?

We do sponsorship YouTube channels for make-up artist and beauty bloggers for reviews, giveaways, donation of prizes etc. Please fill out the form in the main menu titled SPONSORSHIP to apply.


Do you offer Makeup Artists a discount?

Yes, we offer a 10% discount to all practicing MUAs. Please contact us at MUA@Sp3ctrum.com to apply.



I want to order a custom order, how does the process work? 

Custom orders can be submit with a description of the color, picture or a sample of the color sent to our P.O. Box. (P.O. Box 582302 Elk Grove, CA  95758) We will mix the color to the description. The first order can only be a 5 gram jar to insure the color is what you want. Reorders can be ordered in multiples and larger sizes. 



Some of the ingredients you list I've never heard of, do you have a list of definitions?


Do you provide a color guide?

Yes, we have our colors seperated in color collections, as well as color suggestions for eye color. We also will be providing a page that customers will be able to reference to seasonal looks and color. These pages are coming very soon.



I don’t have Paypal, do you accept other methods of payment?

Yes, any purchase can be made with a credit or debit card without having a Paypal account. We also accept money orders. If you are mailing in a money order, please contact us at info@sp3ctrum.com so we can provide you a order number. As soon as we receive your money order we will process your order.


How fast will my order ship?

All orders ship the same day if placed before 3:00PM PST (M - F). Large orders may take an extra day or two to process, depending on the size. Orders may also be delayed during large sales seasons. Any delays will be communicated.


What shipping methods do you use?

We currently ship USPS, UPS& FedEx.


Do you ship Internationally?

Yes, however we create invoices for international order to insure correct shipping and shipping insurance. Please contact us at Info@Sp3ctrum.com for more information.


Do you offer military discounts?

Yes, we offer a 10% discount to all military personnel. Please place your order though our email, info@sp3ctrum.com or call us at 1-888-553-5354 ext. 02.


Do you offer discounts or larger sizes?

We offer a 15% discounts on large orders. Please contact us at info@sp3ctrum.com for details. We also offer a 10% military discount.


What is the best way to get a hold of someone?

Email is the best way to contact us. We are usually busy packaging orders or formulating new products and are often unable to answer the telephone, but we are able to answer emails several times a day. We are also available during business hours on Twitter & online support (available on our customer service page)


I changed my mind about my order, can I return it?

Due to the nature of the products that we sell and for FDA health regulations we cannot offer refunds on orders we have already shipped out, unless it is our mistake. We will always fix any mistake we have made. If in doubt, ask questions before you order or buy a sample to try the product before ordering.


Can you insure my package?

All orders shipped from Spectrum Cosmetics are guaranteed to arrive to you without any damage. All shipping rates include insurance.
