The Key to Healthy Skin

We are a cosmetics company and we know how important is to have healthy skin to have beautiful makeup application and appearance.
We put together a few tips that will assist everyone no matter what your ethnicity, gender, age, or skin type is.

1. Drink WATER.
Most people don't drink enough water and the skin needs it the most. The more water you drink the better (at least 6-8 8 ounce glasses per day).

2. Wear Daylight protection
No matter what you skin tone is, from very fair to darker pigmented, everyone needs to wear sun protection. Wear it everyday, not just when its "hot" Any exposer to the skin can contribute to hyperpigmentation, aging, sun spots, wrinkles and even skin cancer.

3. EXERCISE
Most people exercise to help tone and stay fit but they don't think about the benefits that it can have on the skin. Exercise improves the skin by improving the blood circulation in the body and, therefore, provide oxygen and other nutrients to the skin cells. As you sweats, the body removes toxins through the open pores. This process cleanses the pores from dead skin cells, dirt, and excess sebum.
